Tire changers - one of the main working stands in tire workshops. The main function of such equipment is the dismantling and subsequent mounting of the tire from the disk. For cars and modern trucks, such an operation requires considerable effort and cannot be performed manually.
Machine tools for cars and trucks
The car wheel is laid on a rotary table, fixed with clamps (pneumatic cams). Then the rotary table rotates (in some models it can rotate only in one direction, in some - in both directions). A lever is brought up from above, which falls into the gap between the disk and the tire, as if prying it, removes it from the disk. Machine tools for cars and for trucks differ in grip size (in terms of disk size).
Tire stands for cars: automatic and semi-automatic
All technological operations are controlled by the operator pedal. Using the pedal, the movement of the turntable, the clamping (and unlocking) of the wheel, and also the control of the separation lever are set. In the semi-automatic version of the tire stand, the rubber breaks off after the operator manually takes the rack to the side, in automatic equipment this happens by pressing the pedal. As a result, the automatic version is more productive and allows you to remove rubber in a shorter period of time.
